Founder Speaks
A message from the Founder.
Lt Cdr Dhruv Panwar (Retd.)
I served in the Indian Navy for 14 years as a Gunnery Specialist (Missiles & Weapons), including Security Operations & Asymmetric Warfare. As an accredited instructor, I trained the next generation naval officers & sailors, mentored over 100 trainees for SSB preparation.
My career began at 11 SSB Allahabad, followed by the National Defence Academy, & I was commissioned into the Navy's Executive Branch in 2011. I led large teams in multiple naval operations, managed mission-critical security tasks, & oversaw security for two marquee naval events. For my dedication as an instructor, I received the FOCINC (South) Commendation. After retiring, I earned the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification, a Gold Standard Certification from ASIS International, recognising my decade long security experience in the navy.
Serving my nation has been an honor, & my leadership skills were honed in high-risk, decision-intensive environments where judgement, composure, & accountability were essential. Guided by my Academy's motto, "Service Before Self", I am committed to upholding these values & delivering quality service to the Veerashraya family.
