The Cadet Forge – Academy Foundation (Capsule) s a focused 2-week transition program for candidates who've cleared SSB through any 10+2 level entry scheme & are set to join the academy as cadets. Built across 10 sessions, the program prepares candidates for the realities of academy life — Curriculum & performance mechanics, physical conditioning & injury prevention, fatigue management, routine adjustment, & the mental resilience required to sustain academy pressure — ensuring candidates report in prepared, not blindsided.

About this Program
- A focused 2-week transition capsule program for 10+2 level SSB-cleared candidates joining the academies.
- Covers the complete pre-joining runway — Documentation, medical checklists, joining-day essentials, & the reporting drill.
- Decodes academy life from the inside — Daily routine, term structure, curriculum weightage, orientation week, Chain of Command, & mess etiquette.
- Breaks down why performing & being consistent matter at the academies.
- Physical conditioning & injury-prevention coaching — Common training injuries, a pre-joining fitness build-up, & the injury reporting process.
- Mental resilience training — The homesickness dip, performance pressure, & sleep deprivation, worked through via realistic group scenarios.
- Builds the maturity to think independently inside a group — Spotting mob culture & standing apart when it matters.
- Two guest lectures — A psychologist on resilience, & a physiotherapist/dietician on physical strengthening.
