The Cadet Forge – Service Foundation (Capsule) is a focused 2-week transition program for candidates who've cleared SSB through any Graduate level entry scheme set to be commissioned & step into service life as officers after a short training period at the academies. Built across 10 sessions, the program prepares candidates for the realities of officer life — conduct & the working environment, performance assessment mechanics, financial planning, physical & mental health under command, & the professional maturity required to sustain service pressure — ensuring candidates report in prepared, not blindsided.

- Building maturity to think independently inside a group & standing apart when it matters.
- Two guest lectures — A psychologist on resilience, & a physiotherapist/dietician on physical strengthening.
